An order is confirmed only upon receipt of payment or, for Cash on Delivery orders, upon payment of the applicable delivery charge and issuance of an order confirmation.
Payments are processed through Cashfree Payments and Razorpay.
For Cash on Delivery orders, the delivery charge must be paid online, while the product amount is due upon delivery.
We are not responsible for payment failures caused by your bank, card issuer, payment provider, or other third-party financial institution.
In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and refund any amount already paid.
5. Shipping and Delivery
We ship across India. Estimated delivery timelines are provided at checkout and are indicative only.
We are not liable for delays caused by logistics partners, natural disasters, strikes, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

6. Returns and Exchanges
Return or complaint requests must be raised within 36 hours of delivery and are accepted only where a wrong or damaged product has been received.
A complete and uninterrupted unboxing video is mandatory for every such claim.
Eligible returns are settled through store credit. We do not issue direct bank refunds.
Size exchanges are available subject to the applicable courier handling charge and exchange conditions.
